T

he "apartment building" is a 72-floor skyscraper in New York City with no discernible name. It's discreet and unremarkable, just the way T wants it. From the first to the 59th floor, low income families and businesses reside. From the 60th floor up, T has repurposed each level either for his own use or those of his close CR, whether they be living there or just visiting. He won't be making it publicly known that he owns the building or even lives there because he values his privacy.

The apartment building is highly secured with surveillance throughout the entire skyscraper. It is fully run and operated by K.A.S.P.E.R., an A.I. with a bored and flippant attitude. (He's a real gem.) T has reinforced the building to ensure that it can't be broken into and, on the off chance it does get broken into, he has implemented some not-so-fun-time offensive (and defensive) measures for unwanted intruders (no, Jason, you don't count), whether they be super or otherwise.

To gain access to the upper levels, biometric scanning is performed in the elevator. A screen above the usual control panel will scan the hand, while K.A.S.P.E.R. will take care of the rest via full body and voice recognition.

There is both outdoor and underground parking as well as a private parking lot just for T and close CR.
