well, yeah, there is bound to be differences. i mean, if we look at stephen, just by his physical appearance and personality alone, he isn't the doctor strange i know. it's pretty safe to surmise that their experiences are going to differ from ours. their relationship and dynamic with each other aren't going to match up with what we're familiar with.
they might share a name and they might have similar traits, but at the core of it, they aren't them. they're pretty much strangers and we can't view them as the same natasha romanova and stephen strange from our earth.
