It's a detailed report on the preparations that are being made to terraform both Jupiter II and Jupiter IV, many of them declaring unfavorable conditions for human occupation. There are reports attached that detail atmospheric abnormalities, tectonic movement and hydrothermal activity. There's even a few glamour shots of the two moons, themselves. There is a paragraph that stresses that the magnetic fields of both satellites may not be enough to properly establish a new colony within the range that was first calculated.
Johann's response is that Jovavich will be disappointed, as this is one of the key drivers of her campaign. They'd better "ensure" that the numbers are correct, or they could find themselves being redirected to what he calls "a new career" as the project moves forward without them. ]
